Traffic Kahuna Disaster

After investing close to $1000 for a year of access, I attempted to add one of my blogs. As of today it has not appeared in their system. Their Customer Service has no idea what they are doing and all you get when you submit a support ticket is one excuse after another. I simply cannot believe people are actually paying them a monthly membership fee for this nightmare. I sent them an email and requested a refund which of course they declined and simply stated it was past their allowed 30 day period. It took an average response time of more than 30 days just to get answers to my support tickets. OH well! Live and learn I guess. I just hope enough people read this and warn others not to get involved with them and if you have and are as frustrated as I am then don’t bother to argue with them, just file a complaint and charge back with your credit card company and post here and anywhere else so others don’t make the same mistake.

Here’s an example of a simple support ticket and the dates they responded….

Notice the date of their initial response and the last one….

I submitted the support ticket => Sept 26th

This is a series of their responses…

Hi,

What’s your username and what site are you referring to? Have you checked the ‘contest’ button in the menu and clicked on ‘promote blog’ to see if your blog shows up there?

As for ArticleFeeder, that’s another department. They usually take 1 or 2 days to approve articles.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Have a Wonderful Day,

Can you please let us know the URL of the blog so that we can check to see if it was correctly entered into the system?

Thanks,
Aaron

It is entered into the system but has yet to be approved. Once the person that handles that task gets to it you will be given credit for the blog

The person that approves blogs let into the system had to do an audit

There are some blogs from the contest that didn’t make it to the “regular” side as of yet…but they will be added shortly. We noticed an issue where they were being added twice. We are currently ironing out some issues with the system….and things will be fixed shortly…

If by chance there is something we need from you to fix the blog we will contact you shortly.

If you would rather not wait you can click on ‘add blog’ and enter the information for the blog again to have it approved

Sorry for the trouble

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that I received your email/request.
Since it is outside of our 30 refund policy I cannot issue this without
getting clearance. I’ve forwarded this on to the person that will let me
know and I will get back to you as soon as I hear something.
I do thank you for your patience as it may be next week since we
are now going into the weekend but I will follow up on this if I do
not hear shortly. Thanks very much and have a great weekend!

Hi,

I have canceled your yearly sub and you will have access through your
current billing cycle.

I cannot refund your payment as you are past the 30 day refund period.

Please do let us know if we can help with anything else.

For issue unrelated to this billing issue, please open a new general ticket
for fastest response.

Thanks for your understanding in this matter.

It’s about time someone put up a public forum feedback system where the playing field is now equal opportunity and not controlled by the so-called IM Gurus.

I second the motion to mark and avoid Traffic Kahuna.

Get the word out to everyone to stop this kind of online dishonesty.

Call your credit card companies and let them get you money back.

Traffic Kahuna is the biggest waste of money on the internet. I’m surprised there are not more people screaming LYNCH by now….

Thanks for giving us a place to vent….

    Jason Potash….Shame on you!
